Jasper IQ

Jasper IQ is the shared AI context and brand intelligence layer within Jasper, built to give marketing teams a consistent foundation for AI-generated content. Instead of requiring marketers to repeatedly explain their company, audience, brand voice, and content rules, Jasper IQ stores that context and applies it across Jasper’s agents, workflows, Canvas, Grid, and other content experiences.

The system combines Brand IQ, Marketing IQ, and the Knowledge Base. Brand IQ manages the elements that define how a company communicates, including Brand Voice, Audiences, Style Guide, and Visual Guidelines. Marketing IQ adds Jasper’s marketing-specific knowledge and best practices, while the Knowledge Base grounds outputs in a company’s own information and approved source material. This combination is intended to make AI-generated marketing content more relevant, consistent, and aligned with established brand standards.

Brand Voice allows teams to teach Jasper how their organization communicates by analyzing examples of existing writing. It can capture tone, personality, style, and preferred terminology, then apply the resulting voice automatically when content is generated. Business users can create unlimited Brand Voices, while Pro users currently receive two.

The Knowledge Base provides a central place for company information such as product details, pricing, positioning, FAQs, audience information, and brand messaging. Jasper can use text, documents, images, audio, video, and URLs as knowledge sources, with supported live connections including sources such as SharePoint and Google Drive.

Audiences allow marketers to define the people they are creating content for. Teams can create audience profiles for different personas, segments, or markets so that Jasper can adapt messaging to the intended audience while maintaining the company’s broader brand standards.

Jasper IQ also includes Visual Guidelines, which capture aspects of a brand’s visual identity such as color palettes, typography, imagery style, and design standards. These guidelines can help keep creative briefs and image-related outputs aligned with the organization’s visual identity.

The Style Guide adds more detailed content-governance rules. Workspace administrators can establish requirements covering grammar, punctuation, capitalization, terminology, and other writing conventions. Jasper applies these rules during content generation rather than requiring marketers to manually correct every draft afterward.

Jasper IQ is designed for shared team governance as well. Business workspaces can control who creates or manages Brand Voices, Knowledge, Style Guides, Audiences, and other IQ assets. Private-to-user IQ assets can also be restricted to the creator and administrators before being shared with the wider workspace or selected groups.

Jasper states that customer data used by Jasper IQ is not used to train AI models and that information remains within the customer’s workspace. The company also states that data is encrypted in transit and at rest and that Jasper maintains enterprise security standards including SOC 2 and GDPR compliance.

Jasper IQ is currently available on Business plans. Jasper uses a hybrid pricing model consisting of a platform fee and consumption-based credits for certain features such as API and MCP usage, Grid generation, and advanced agent runs. Core Jasper IQ capabilities are included with Business plans
