Crescendo AI
Crescendo AI is an AI-native customer experience platform designed to help businesses manage customer support, automate conversations, improve service quality, and gain…
Dixa is an AI-powered customer service and contact-center platform built primarily for ecommerce and consumer brands. Founded in Copenhagen in 2015, Dixa brings phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp, social messaging, knowledge management, automation, analytics, and AI into a unified customer-service workspace. Dixa currently says it serves more than 1,000 ecommerce brands across 42 countries.
The platform is designed around the idea of keeping the entire customer conversation in one place. Agents can see customer history, orders, loyalty information, previous conversations, and AI-generated suggestions from a single workspace. This helps support teams avoid switching between multiple systems when handling customer requests.
Dixa’s main autonomous AI product is Mim, an AI Agent designed to resolve routine customer-service requests without human intervention. Mim can handle common ecommerce interactions such as order tracking, returns, refunds, cancellations, order changes, and frequently asked questions. When an issue requires a person, Mim can hand the conversation to a human agent with its context intact.
Dixa says Mim can resolve up to 80% of inquiries in appropriate use cases and operates across channels including chat, email, and WhatsApp. It can use information from a company’s knowledge base and connected ecommerce systems to provide more contextual responses.
Dixa’s AI Co-Pilot is designed to assist human support agents rather than replace them. It provides response suggestions, drafts, knowledge surfacing, translations, sentiment detection, and AI-assisted quality assurance. The tools are integrated directly into the agent workspace so agents can use AI without copying conversations into external applications.
Co-Pilot can help agents write and improve responses, translate conversations, summarize information, and find relevant knowledge. This makes it useful for teams that want AI assistance while maintaining human control over customer interactions.
Dixa combines multiple customer-service channels into one platform. Current plans include phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and SMS, with conversations and customer history available from a unified workspace.
The platform also includes contact forms, IVR, call recording, customer callback, voicemail, and outbound email capabilities. This makes Dixa more than a conventional live-chat tool; it functions as a combined helpdesk and contact center.
Dixa’s Conversation Engine provides visual workflow automation and intelligent routing. Conversations can be routed based on factors such as skill, language, priority, VIP status, or custom rules. Teams can create routing rules and automations without needing to write code.
Higher plans add features such as external-data routing, skills-based routing, advanced automations, and AI intent detection.
Dixa includes a knowledge base and customer-facing help center. The help center provides searchable articles, AI-powered search, article suggestions, analytics, branding customization, and multilingual content. The same knowledge base can provide information to Mim and assist human agents.
This creates a shared source of information for self-service customers, AI Agents, and human support teams.
Dixa provides real-time and historical analytics, queue dashboards, channel dashboards, SLA analysis, survey measurement, and custom dashboards. Higher plans and add-ons provide Advanced Insights, Quality Assurance, and AI Auto QA.
Its QA tools can automatically score conversations against defined criteria, helping managers identify trends, coaching opportunities, and service-quality issues.
Dixa integrates with ecommerce, CRM, marketing, analytics, automation, and AI platforms. Native integrations include Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Yotpo, Trustpilot, LoyaltyLion, Voyado, Recharge, Klaviyo, Jira, and others. Dixa also supports custom integrations through its open API and webhooks.
Dixa’s Mim AI Agent supports 30+ languages, while the help center can also be used to create and manage multilingual content. Language routing is available as part of Dixa’s intelligent-routing capabilities.
Dixa uses a subscription pricing model based on agent seats, with three current plans: Growth at €89 per agent/month, Ultimate at €139 per agent/month, and Prime at €179 per agent/month. The pricing page also lists an Essential plan in its overage documentation, but the current public pricing page presents Growth, Ultimate, and Prime as the main plans.
Mim AI Agent is charged separately at a flat €0.35 per conversation, according to Dixa’s July 2026 pricing information. Dixa says AI pricing is conversation-based rather than resolution-based and has no volume cap.
Dixa is a strong option for ecommerce brands and high-volume customer-service teams that need phone, email, messaging, automation, and AI in one platform. Its main strength is the combination of an omnichannel contact center with autonomous AI through Mim and agent assistance through Co-Pilot.
The platform is particularly well suited to ecommerce because it can connect customer-service conversations with ecommerce information such as orders, shipping status, returns, and customer history. Mim can then use this information to handle common requests automatically.
Another advantage is its unified architecture. Instead of treating phone, email, chat, and social messaging as separate support systems, Dixa keeps them within the same conversation environment. Its routing, automation, analytics, knowledge base, and AI tools are also integrated into the same platform.
The main drawback is pricing. Dixa is positioned toward professional and enterprise customer-service operations, and its entry-level Growth plan starts at €89 per agent per month. Additional capabilities such as AI Co-Pilot, Quality Assurance, Advanced Insights, SSO, and voice transcription can involve add-on costs depending on the plan.
Overall, Dixa is best suited to ecommerce and consumer brands that need an integrated customer-service platform with AI automation, omnichannel communication, intelligent routing, analytics, and extensive ecommerce integrations.
