Google Agentspace was an enterprise AI platform from Google Cloud designed to combine enterprise search, Gemini-powered intelligence, and AI agents in a single workplace experience. It was launched in December 2024 to help employees find information across organizational systems, understand and synthesize that information, and use AI agents to complete work.
Agentspace was designed around the idea of breaking down information silos. It could search across sources such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and web content, allowing employees to find organizational information from one interface. Its multimodal search capabilities were designed to work with different types of content, including text, images, audio, and video.
A major part of Agentspace was its enterprise knowledge layer. Google described it as building an enterprise knowledge graph that connects employees with their teams, documents, applications, and accessible data. This context allowed the platform to provide more relevant search results and AI-generated responses based on organizational information.
Agentspace also provided an Agent Gallery, where employees could discover specialized agents created by Google, internal teams, and partners. Organizations could also use Agent Designer, a no-code interface for creating custom agents connected to enterprise data and workflows.
Google-built agents included a Deep Research agent for investigating complex topics and producing reports, an Idea Generation agent for developing and evaluating new ideas, and NotebookLM for Enterprise capabilities. Agentspace also supported agents created with Vertex AI Agent Builder, allowing organizations to publish developer-built agents into the Agentspace environment.
Another important capability was support for the Agent2Agent (A2A) Protocol, which was designed to allow agents built using different frameworks and ecosystems to communicate with each other. This helped position Agentspace as a multi-agent workplace rather than simply an enterprise chatbot.
Security and governance were also central to the platform. Agentspace provided role-based access controls, encryption with customer-managed keys, data-residency controls, and mechanisms for identifying sensitive information such as personally identifiable information and protected health information.
Google Agentspace is no longer a standalone product. As of October 9, 2025, Google incorporated Agentspace into Gemini Enterprise, with its agent creation and orchestration technology powering core Gemini Enterprise functionality. Existing Agentspace customers could continue using the service through the end of their existing order term.
The current Gemini Enterprise app retains many of the capabilities associated with Agentspace, including enterprise search, organizational data connections, no-code agent creation, prebuilt agents, workflow automation, centralized agent management, and enterprise security.
Google Agentspace no longer has a current standalone price because it has been incorporated into Gemini Enterprise.
The current Gemini Enterprise app is offered through per-seat subscription editions. Google currently lists:
Google has also introduced a consumption-based edition of Gemini Enterprise for select customers, with broader rollout planned. This option has no upfront commitment or base subscription fee and instead charges for compute and tokens consumed.

Agentspace itself is no longer sold separately. Its capabilities are now part of Gemini Enterprise. Current Gemini Enterprise pricing starts at $21 per seat/month for Business and $30 per seat/month for Standard/Plus.
Google Agentspace was a strong enterprise AI platform because it combined organizational search, Gemini intelligence, enterprise knowledge, and AI agents rather than treating these as separate tools.
Its strongest feature was unified enterprise search. Organizations could connect information from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other sources, helping employees locate information without manually searching multiple applications.
The platform also stood out through its agent capabilities. Agent Gallery gave employees a centralized place to discover available agents, while Agent Designer allowed non-technical users to create custom agents. Developer-built agents from Vertex AI Agent Builder could also be published into Agentspace.
Its enterprise security capabilities were another strength. Role-based access controls, sensitive-data scanning, encryption, and data-residency controls made it suitable for organizations with significant security and compliance requirements.
The main limitation is its product transition. Organizations researching Agentspace today need to understand that it is no longer a standalone offering. The current equivalent is Gemini Enterprise, which can make older Agentspace pricing, screenshots, and documentation misleading if presented as current information.
For organizations looking for Google’s enterprise AI search and agent capabilities, Gemini Enterprise is now the appropriate current product, while Agentspace is best treated as its predecessor and technology foundation.
