HubSpot Breeze

HubSpot Breeze is HubSpot’s AI platform that brings artificial intelligence into its customer platform, CRM, and connected business applications. It is designed to help marketing, sales, customer service, and other go-to-market teams work with business data, automate tasks, generate content, and complete workflows more efficiently.

Breeze includes Breeze Assistant, which acts as a conversational AI assistant for HubSpot users, and AI agents that can perform specific business tasks. HubSpot describes Breeze Assistant as an AI expert that understands a user’s role, CRM data, customer records, and current context within HubSpot.

Breeze Assistant can help users generate and refine content, prepare for meetings, summarize information, answer questions, and provide guidance based on HubSpot’s knowledge base and the organization’s own business information. For marketing users, it can also use HubSpot Academy content, website analytics, and Loop Marketing guidance to provide more relevant assistance.

Breeze extends beyond conversational assistance through AI agents. HubSpot’s Agent Hub provides a central place for agents that can perform work across go-to-market functions. Current agent capabilities include customer-service and prospecting use cases, while custom agents can be created using HubSpot’s agent builder.

Custom agents can be built without traditional coding. HubSpot’s Agent Builder uses CRM data, business rules, and workflows to allow organizations to create agents for specific business processes. Custom agents consume HubSpot Credits when they complete credit-consuming actions.

Breeze also supports content generation and refinement. Users can create or improve website pages, blog posts, knowledge-base articles, calls-to-action, and other content types directly within HubSpot editors. This makes Breeze useful for marketing and content teams that need to create or revise material without leaving the HubSpot environment.

The platform can also work with connected workplace applications. Breeze Assistant supports connections to services such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and other supported third-party applications, allowing users to retrieve information and perform supported actions from within Breeze. HubSpot’s current documentation also provides examples involving Asana and Notion.

Breeze can use CRM information and customer context to assist with sales activities. For example, Breeze Assistant can help users prepare for meetings, while specific Breeze capabilities can generate quotes from CRM data and predefined templates.

HubSpot has also introduced a credit-based model for certain AI features and agents. HubSpot Credits are used by features that perform actions on behalf of customers, with the amount of credits consumed depending on the action. HubSpot currently lists credits at $0.010 per credit, with 1,000-credit capacity packs priced at $10 when purchased upfront.

At the same time, many basic Breeze capabilities are included with HubSpot subscriptions. HubSpot states that Breeze Assistant is included with HubSpot subscriptions at no additional cost, while Agent Hub is included for Professional and Enterprise customers. Additional credit-consuming agent actions can require HubSpot Credits.

Overall, Breeze is best understood as an AI layer across HubSpot rather than a single standalone chatbot. Its strongest value comes from combining AI assistance with CRM data, customer records, marketing tools, sales workflows, service operations, content management, and automation.

Review

HubSpot Breeze is a strong AI platform for businesses already using HubSpot because it combines conversational assistance, content generation, CRM intelligence, automation, and AI agents within the same customer platform.

One of its strongest advantages is its access to CRM context. Breeze Assistant can use customer records, business information, meeting context, and connected workplace data to provide more relevant assistance than a generic AI chatbot.

The agent capabilities also make Breeze more useful for automation. Organizations can use prebuilt agents or create custom agents that work with CRM data and business rules. This allows teams to automate repetitive tasks rather than simply generating text.

Content teams benefit from Breeze’s ability to generate and refine website content, blog posts, knowledge-base articles, and other marketing materials directly inside HubSpot.

Pricing is relatively flexible because Breeze Assistant is included with HubSpot subscriptions and HubSpot Credits provide usage-based scaling for certain AI functions. However, the overall cost can become difficult to estimate because the price of the underlying HubSpot subscription and the usage of credit-consuming AI features both need to be considered.

Another limitation is that the most advanced agent capabilities are tied to higher HubSpot subscription tiers. Organizations using only basic or lower-tier HubSpot products may not have access to every Breeze capability.

For businesses using HubSpot as their CRM and customer platform, Breeze is a comprehensive AI layer that can support productivity, marketing, sales, customer service, content creation, and workflow automation.
